A: Make sure to check if your proxy is online using https://proxy6.net/en/checker
If your proxy is unavailable, contact your proxy provider to solve this issue.
2. Q: Can I run 50+ accounts on FollowPlanner?
A: Enterprise level subscriptions will be available in our next update. We are currently developing a system that makes the management of 50+ accounts easier. We'll notify all users upon release!
3. Q: I Cannot add my account to Followplanner.
A: Please join our Discord channel (https://discord.gg/JJ6E2EM) and contact @sheriff who is our lead developer. He will assist you, pinpointing the exact issue and adding all the accounts you may want.
4. Q: Can you add a coupon add to my existing subscription?
A: Unfortunately we're unable to add coupons to existing subscriptions. Consider using your coupon when you upgrade/downgrade your subscription.
5. Q: My captions are disappearing after I post them!
A: Instagram recently rolled out a very advanced spam filter, that works by checking a lots of things (like the IP address you are using, hashtags, mentions, post originality) to detect spam posts/captions and they just simply remove it.
If the caption is still not visible after posting for every post, even after making unique captions, without mentions/hashtags - you should let your account rest a bit, because that means it got flagged and every post will be like that until the flag expires (usually 24-48 hours).
6. Q: I'm getting Like/Comment/Follow Blocks!
A: Like/Comment/Follow blocks are usually handed out by instagram if an account is performing actions too fast.
Another common reason is when the account runs on a flagged proxy, meaning Instagram marked the IP address of your proxy as spam.
To prevent this issue you should slow down/rest your accounts.If the blocks persist you should try refreshing your proxy IP with your current provider, or the best would be finding a reliable residential/mobile proxy provider.
7. Q: My Plan is running slow!
A:Your plan running slow may be due to poor source quality/harsh filters.
Another reason might be that the bot has run out of accounts to follow in your sources. A clear sign of this is when your plan ran at a decent speed for a time, then suddenly dramatically slowed down.
Before the bot performs follows it checks the account it is about to follow whether it passes your filters. Then it decides to skip it or not. This takes split seconds to be done.
Slow running plans are often due to most accounts in your source not passing your filters. The split seconds it takes the bot to skip these accounts add up and slow your plan down.
Usually the filters that slow plans down the most are: Low max. followers/followings filter or skipping private accounts.
Please try to adjust your filters and/or swap your sources to get a desired follow speed. If you think your source may have no accounts left to follow, try changing it. Alternatively speed up your plan to get the desired follow speed.
8. Q: My unfollowing is slow/stopped!
A: Unfollowing slows/stops when the bot runs out of users to unfollow. In the unfollow settings try ticking "unfollow followers" and untick "Only users followed by FollowPlanner".
9. Q: Does my computer need to run for FollowPlanner to work?
A: Since FollowPlanner is a cloud based bot it is not running from your computer. Therefore, your computer can be turned off and the plan will keep running.
10. Q: Post is not appearing on my Instagram profile
A: Instagram's spam filter is removing your photo right after uploading it. To prevent this issue, you need to make sure you are posting unique posts with high quality caption and without spammed hashtags and mentions in it.
If it's still not working, it could be your IP address that got flagged, to fix that contact your proxy provider.
